What we collect, why we need it and the choices you have.

Brochure requests
We use your email address to deliver the requested PDF and a relevant invitation to talk. Your name and mobile are not required for a brochure. Providing a number does not request a call or subscribe you to messages. We record the perspective you select, request time, brochure version and delivery status in Airtable. Google sends the email. There is no marketing subscription.
Conversations
Calendly uses your name, email, selected time and time zone to arrange your booking and send confirmations. A phone number is required only when you choose a phone call. Website phone bookings accept standard UK numbers beginning +44; visitors elsewhere can choose Google Meet. Google Meet is used when you choose a video conversation. We use the information to prepare for and manage the conversation.
Privacy acknowledgement
We record the policy version and submission time when you acknowledge this notice. This records your acknowledgement, not proof that you read it, and is not marketing consent. Brochure acknowledgements are kept with the request in Airtable; booking acknowledgements are kept with the technical booking record.
Your device
The private-review access cookie remembers successful password entry for 30 days. Tick “Remember my details on this device” to save your name, email and phone in a cookie on this browser for 30 days. The checkbox is unticked unless you previously chose to remember your details. This is optional; use it only on a device you trust. Untick it on either form to remove the saved details, or use Cookie settings at the bottom of the site to reach the choice. Removing saved details does not clear information already entered in the current visit. The website does not add analytics or advertising cookies. External services and websites have their own privacy notices.
Hosting and security
Cloudflare hosts this site and provides Turnstile to help prevent automated abuse. Its security service may process technical information about your browser and connection. Calendly, Google, Airtable and Cloudflare process information as part of providing these services, which may involve processing outside the UK.
Keeping information
Brochure requests carry a review date 60 days after submission. We review brochure-only records with the aim of deleting them within 90 days where no further need exists. Deletion is reviewed and carried out manually; it is not automatic. If a relevant professional relationship or opportunity develops, we retain only information needed for that purpose, record the reason and set a further review date, normally within 12 months. Retention is not permission to send marketing. Contractual and financial records may need separate retention for legal obligations. Device-cookie expiry does not delete request records, emails or Calendly information. A separate technical booking record stores a request identifier, a fingerprint derived from the booking details, booking status and confirmation details, including the policy acknowledgement. It does not store your name, email or phone in readable form. Entries older than 30 days are removed when a new booking succeeds; this is not a daily scheduled deletion. This does not delete the booking held in Calendly or confirmation emails.
Your rights and our lawful bases
We use submitted information to respond to your request and arrange the service you ask for, and technical information to operate and protect the site. We rely on legitimate interests to respond to enquiries, manage relevant professional relationships and protect the site, assessed against your rights; steps requested before entering a contract may instead rely on the contractual lawful basis. Optional remembering relies on your consent, which you can withdraw by unticking the checkbox. You can ask about the information held, request correction or deletion, or raise concerns at the address above. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests or ask for restriction. Portability applies where its legal conditions are met. We normally respond to rights requests within one month and may need to verify your identity. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
